Our Garden Bread was aptly named for its ingredients & is an excellent sandwich bread.  Organic grated carrots & chopped white onions gives it its characteristic flavor.  The light sweetness of the carrots is enhanced with locally sourced honey & olive oil, resulting in a soft internal texture.  We add lightly chopped & roasted hazelnuts, flax seeds, and a dash of sea salt to round out the flavor.
